ZepPlanner is a CRM and operational software system for staffing agencies. It connects relationship management, work planning, transport, housing, documents, hours processing and invoicing.
What can ZepPlanner do for my business?
Your team works with connected information about people, assignments, transport and administration. This helps reduce duplicate data entry and makes it easier to move from a staffing request to hours processing and invoicing.
Who is it for?
Staffing agencies that place workers with clients and manage the associated administration. It also supports workflows involving external agencies, company transport and housing.
How do workforce and transport planning connect?
You schedule an employee at a client or department. If they request company transport and your administration team records that preference, they become available for transport planning. Pickup points can be selected automatically or manually.
Can I use different CAO arrangements?
Yes. Company CAO settings have validity periods and can be overridden at client or department level. Later changes do not affect hours already processed. Hours that have been processed and closed cannot be changed.
Does ZepPlanner support digital signing?
Yes. Documents can be generated from multilingual templates and sent for digital signing. The document content and source template are then locked. Status and action history remain visible in the record.
Does ZepPlanner run payroll?
ZepPlanner prepares and exports hours and components to financial systems such as AFAS, EasyFlex and FreePack for payroll. Invoicing is available in the Job portal. Discuss the configuration of your export during a walkthrough.
Can clients and employees access information themselves?
Yes. Clients use Uren, external agencies use Inleners and employees use ZepWork or the Work web portal. Your organisation manages access.
How do I get started, and what does it cost?

How does ZepPlanner use AI?
